These Terms and Conditions, together with any other documents referred to herein, set out the terms under which Goods are sold by DL Bookstore (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”) to clients through this website: https://dlbookstore.com (“Our Site”). Please read these Terms carefully and ensure that you understand them before ordering any Goods from Our Site.

1. Agreement Acceptance

1.1 You must read and accept these Terms and Conditions when ordering Goods.

1.2 If you do not agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, you will not be able to order Goods through Our Site.

2. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:

  • Contract: A contract for the purchase and sale of Goods.

  • Goods: Books or stationery sold by Us through Our Site.

  • Order: Your order for Goods.

  • Order Confirmation: Our acceptance and confirmation of your Order.

  • Order Number: The reference number for your Order.

  • We/Us/Our: DL Bookstore.

3. Goods, Pricing, and Availability

3.1 We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all descriptions and graphical representations of Goods correspond to the actual Goods. Please note:

3.1.1 Images of Goods are for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in color may occur due to differences in computer displays or lighting.

3.1.2 Images and descriptions of packaging are for illustration only; actual packaging may vary. There may be up to a 5% variance in size and/or weight.

3.2 We cannot guarantee that Goods will always be available. Stock indications may not always be accurate.

3.3 Minor changes may occur between your Order and our processing to address technical or security issues. Such changes will not affect main characteristics or usability of the Goods.

3.4 We make reasonable efforts to ensure prices are correct at the time of publication. Prices and offers may change at any time. Changes will not affect orders already placed.

3.5 If pricing errors occur:

  • If the correct price is lower, you will be charged the lower amount.

  • If higher, you may choose to pay the correct price or cancel your Order.

  • If no response is received within 5 days, the Order will be treated as canceled.

3.6 The price charged will be the price shown at the time your Order was placed.

3.7 Delivery charges are not included in the displayed price. Delivery options and charges will be presented during the order process.

4. Orders – How Contracts Are Formed

4.1 Our Site guides you through the ordering process. Review your Order carefully before submitting.

4.2 If incorrect or incomplete information is provided, contact Us immediately. Failure to correct information may result in Order cancellation. We may pass any resulting costs to you.

4.3 Your Order constitutes a contractual offer. No part of Our Site is a contractual offer capable of acceptance. Contract formation occurs only after We send an Order Confirmation via email.

4.4 Order Confirmations include:

  • 4.4.1 Your Order Number

  • 4.4.2 Details of Goods ordered

  • 4.4.3 Itemized pricing including taxes, delivery, and other charges

  • 4.4.4 Estimated delivery date(s)

4.5 If We cannot fulfill your Order, We will explain in writing. Payments, if taken, will be refunded within 5 days.

4.6 Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless you request an alternative.

5. Payment

5.1 Payment for Goods and delivery charges must be made in advance during the order process.

5.3 Your chosen payment method will not be charged until Goods are dispatched.

6. Delivery

6.1 Goods will normally be delivered within the dates specified in the Order Confirmation.

6.2 If delivery is unsuccessful, We will leave instructions for re-delivery. Additional charges for storage or re-delivery may apply.

6.3 Delivery is deemed complete once Goods are delivered, and responsibility passes to you.

7. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

7.1 Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, as described at purchase, and match any samples or models. Digital content must also conform.

7.2 If Goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact Us at:

8. Cancelling and Returning Goods

8.1 You have a legal right to a “cooling-off” period to cancel the Contract for any reason.

8.2 The period begins once your Order is complete and the Order Confirmation is sent.

8.3 You may also cancel before the Order Confirmation is sent.

9. Events Outside Our Control (Force Majeure)

9.1 We are not liable for failure or delay due to events beyond our reasonable control.
