What types of translation services do you offer?
We provide three levels of translation: Basic Package (standard proofreading and minor corrections), Standard Package (accurate translation with format consistency and minor revisions), and Premium Package (high-accuracy translation, multiple revisions, detailed format consistency, and optional pre-translation consultation).
What file formats do you support?
We accept documents in PDF, Word, or other editable formats. Translations are delivered in the same format unless otherwise requested.
How long does a translation take?
Delivery depends on the number of pages and package selected. The Basic Package typically takes around 30 days, while Standard or Premium packages may be expedited. Exact timelines are provided when you submit your document.
Can I request revisions after translation?
Yes. The number of revision rounds depends on the package: Basic (one minor revision), Standard (one or two rounds), and Premium (multiple rounds). Additional revisions can be arranged if needed.
Do you preserve the original layout?
The Basic Package ensures translation accuracy but may not fully preserve layout. Standard and Premium packages maintain original document layout and formatting for professional presentation.
Do you offer pre-translation consultation?
Yes. The Premium Package includes an optional consultation to discuss your specific translation requirements and ensure we meet your expectations.
Are translations proofread for accuracy?
Yes. Every translation is carefully proofread to ensure it is accurate, grammatically correct, and free from errors before delivery.
