    • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., eBooks), we do not offer refunds once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded.
    • Physical Products: Refunds for physical books are available under the following conditions:
      • The book was damaged during shipping.
      • The book received is incorrect (i.e., not the one ordered).
      • The book is defective (e.g., misprints, missing pages).

  2. Refund Process:

    • To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at [email protected]. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos of the damage).
    • Upon receipt of your request, we will review your case and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.

  3. Return of Physical Products:

    • If a refund is approved for a physical product, the item must be returned to us in its original condition within 14 days of the refund approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
    • Upon receiving the returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  4. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
    • Custom or personalized orders are also non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  5. Late or Missing Refunds:

    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    • Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
